RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because we deal in Custom work several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Apparel Items that have been used/washed any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

What to do if this happens:

Please use the contact form or send us an email.
Reference your order/invoice number.
Tell us what is wrong.
If possible, take a photo of the issue (we may request this later).
We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Additional returnable items:
Gift cards, Promotion code.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The Return Guidelines.

For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we’ll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Original condition is consider as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can the refund be sent to a different card or account?

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you. 

How long will the refund take?

It depends on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual time frames. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.

Size and Style Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can consider for situations where:

  • You ordered wrong garment stylecolor, or size which you want.
  • You ordered wrong case or skin style which you want.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The typical production time for most custom printed products is 5-7 days.

Turtles Style warrants that it will ship orders within two weeks after orders are placed.

Normally, goods are shipped within 5-7 days and typical delivery times are 3-5 days,

but in certain circumstances shipment and delivery can take up to three weeks.

When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Note: In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

Can I track my order?

We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.

If your order is being sent by a traceable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you.

Do you deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?

Yes; however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.
